Those ingredients, which are left whole and macerated then not filtered or distilled away (leading to the unusual color of the gin) include juniper berries, lavender, lemon zest, angelica root, orris root, coriander seeds, cardamom, vanilla beans, cloves, fennel, cinnamon, allspice, chamomile and star anise.

Of course, the Martini (2:1 with Angostura bitters and 3 olives) is simply astounding and the best I've had in ages.
