Agave Nursery- Sauza

At Tequila Sauza's nursery immature plants are kept under tents in peat pots for one year until they are ready to be planted in the fields. There are approximately 50,000 blue agave plants in each of the rows. In total Sauza has approximately 42 million plants in production at one time.
