Advocaat Liqueur

Definition: Advocaat is a liqueur from Holland made of egg yolks, brandy, sugar and vanilla. It has a distinct yellow color and is often enjoyed straight or on the rocks.

Export Advocaat is widely available and preferred for cocktails.

Thick Advocaat is found primarily on the Dutch market and is used in desserts.
