A Lime Cola is a nice way to customize a glass of cola, especially during the hot summer days when just a little fruit is desired. This is best made with fresh lime juice, although Rose's is sufficient and will do in a pinch (adds too much syrup for me). However you decide to make this drink, it is a nice and easy mocktail that can be served to the kids while mom and dad have something a little stiffer (maybe a Cuba Libre).
Ingredients:
- 1 oz lime juice or juice from 1/2 a lime
- cola to fill
- lime wedge for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the lime juice into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with cola.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
