Super Bowl XLI is set for February 4th, 2007. The Chicago Bears and the Indianapolis Colts, two teams that have had an excellent year, will battle it out in Florida. Super Bowl Sunday is sure to be a great party again this year and it doesn't have to be just a beer fest. Add a touch of class and impress your guests with some spectacular cocktails and extraordinary finger foods.
I've put together a cocktail menu for each of the four teams that made it to the Conference Championship games, corresponding with the team colors. This is a fun way to create a team-oriented theme party while watching the games. If you have fans from two of the opposing teams in attendance at your bash, mix up a cocktail for each.
