San Diego is the only team in the 2008 NFL conference championships that is not from the north, so it's only fitting that we get a little tropical with these cocktails. Tequila is the spirit of choice for these drinks because San Diego is so close to Mexico and has a large population of tequila aficionados. The city also plays host to tequila appreciation events such as the Polished Palate Spirits of Mexico in September.
