What caught my eye about this drink was the fact that it includes both allspice dram and iced coffee. I always love to explore the somewhat odd flavor combination and this one really works. Also in the Baileys Independence on Ice is Zacapa Rum and, as the name indicates, Baileys Irish Cream. While the standard Baileys we all know is a good option and makes a great drink here,the suggestion of using one of the brand's newer flavors makes an even better drink. I think it needs that "hint of caramel" to offset that spice in the dram.

Ingredients:
- 1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream with a hint of Caramel
- 1/2 ounce Zacapa Rum
- 1/4 ounce Allspice Dram
- 1 ounce Iced Coffee
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
Preparation:
- Add Baileys Irish Cream, Zacapa Rum, Allspice Dram, and iced coffee to a cocktail shaker full of ice.
- Shake vigorously until chilled.
- Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
