The Corazonsito is one cocktail that shows off the creativity possible when using one of my new favorite purees by Beverage Artistry. In this drink Manny Hinojosa of Bacardi has combined the fruit blend of El Corazon, which includes passion fruit, blood orange, and pomegranate, with one of Bacardi's premium rums, with the sweet herbal qualities of falernum, and grapefruit with a little egg for textures and basil for a zing. The result is a drink that is filled with flavor and fascinating new notes that can be found with each taste.

Ingredients:
Preparation:
  1. In a mixing glass, combine Bacardi, El Corazon, Falernum, fresh Ruby grapefruit juice, egg whites and fresh basil with ice.
  2. Shake with a Boston Shaker for 10 seconds.
  3. Strain over a glass filled with fresh ice. Serve.
