This is one of the many ways to share eggnog with friends and family over the holidays. It was created by Charles Joly of The Drawing Room in Chicago and features DonQ Anejo Rum, which is a great indulgence for this time of year. Add to that ruby port, some syrup, an egg and you have a well-designed, super-easy glass of eggnog.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces DonQ Anejo Rum
- 1 1/2 ounces ruby port
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1 egg
- Fresh grated nutmeg
Preparation:
- In a cocktail shaker, add rum, port, simple syrup and whole egg.
- Dry shake to combine ingredients.
- Add ice and shake well.
- Strain and pour into a white wine glass.
- Dust with nutmeg.
