The Tom Yang Martini by Doods Dayto impressed the judging panel to win the July 2010 Light Rum Cocktail Contest. You will find this cocktail to be light and refreshing, a unique use of ingredients, and a simply delightful liquid treat. Dayto developed this drink for the Red Roof Grill and Smokehouse in Mandaluyong City, Philippines and you can now bring this home.

The kaffir lime leaves may be a challenge to find, but you can find them online or at your local Asian food market. These, along with the lemongrass are the essential ingredient to this impressive, winning cocktail.
