Mixologist Aisha Sharpe has found a way to bring all of the flavors of autumn into a rum punch cocktail that has some classic styling with a modern twist. The Fall into Navan Punch's key ingredient in Navan vanilla liqueur, a stunning spirit in its own right that mixes in this drink with apple, ginger and maple. The recipe is for a single cocktail but can easily be multiplied into larger punch that will be a warming hit at any fall festivity.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz Navan Natural Vanilla Liqueur
- 1 oz light spiced rum
- 1 oz apple juice
- 1/4 oz lemon juice
- 1 barspoon of freshly extracted ginger juice
- 1/4 oz maple syrup
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- pomegranate seeds and grated nutmeg for garnish
Preparation:
- Heat the apple juice, rum, NAVAN and lemon juice over low heat.
- Add the ginger juice, syrup and bitters then pour into a glass mug.
- Top with pomegranate seeds and grated nutmeg.
