Here’s another drink which was created to honor the film No Country for Old Men, a 2008 Academy Award nominee. It is an interesting drink, one that I was unsure of when I first read the recipe, and after trying it out I’m still not entirely sold on it. It’s the combination of chai tea and white chocolate that makes the Killer Coco Chai a little unsettling, but it also makes things interesting. If nothing else I recommend giving it a try because it is an unusual flavor worth exploring.
Ingredients:
- 1 part Malibu Rum
- 2 parts chai tea (pre-made)
- 1 part white chocolate liqueur
- raspberry for garnish
Preparation:
- Prepare the chai tea and allow to cool.
- Combine the rum, liqueur and tea in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled Champagne glass.
- Garnish with a raspberry.
