The great thing about the Caipirinha is that it can be transformed into anything you desire by changing up the fruit that is used. The Lemon, Lime and Blue Caipirinha is a great example of that as it adds both lemon and blueberries to the mix of lime and cachaça.
Leblon Cachaca had this Caipirinha created in October, 2009 when it was announced that Brazil would be the host of the 2016 Olympic Games. And so, the cocktail reflects the colors of the countries flag via a tasty combination of fruit.
