The Limey Cocktail can be thought of as an extra "limey" Frozen Daiquiri. That extra citrus comes from the use of a lime liqueur, which there are a few brands available, Marie Brizard being one of my favorites. Since there is quite a bit of lime from the liqueur, it's best to use fresh lime juice instead of some of the concentrates. This frozen cocktail is an excellent summertime sipper when you're in the mood for a whole lot of citrus.

Yield: 1 Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz white rum
- 1/2 oz lime liqueur
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- juice of half a lime
- 1 cup ice
- lime slice for garnish
Preparation:
- Blend the ingredients with crushed ice for 10-20 seconds.
- Pour into a chilled margarita glass.
- Garnish with the lime wedge.
