This Maça Martini is fabulous, fresh and addicting. The name "maça" (pronounced mah-SAH) is Portuguese for apple and is significant because of the cider and the spectacular apple garnish. If you enjoy Apple Martinis but are looking for something a little more elegant and fresh, this recipe from Sagatiba Pura Cachaca is a great choice. The elderflower cordial may be difficult to find, but both Belvoir and St. Germain are excellent brands.
