The PAMA-TIKI is one of the best original tropical cocktails I've had in quite awhile. It is a wonderful mix of PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur, white rum agricole, pineapple juice and coconut milk. All the elements are there for one spectacular looking and tasting summer tiki cocktail. Don't let the word agricole throw you off, it's simply how pure-cane rum is referred to on the French island of Martinique.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
- 1 oz white rum agricole
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 oz sweetened coconut milk
- pineapple wedge and leaf for garnish
Preparation:
- Assemble ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well with ice.
- Strain into a double old-fashioned glass over ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and leaf.
