The Aman Snow Leopard was created by John Gakuru and it is one fancy cocktail. Think about all the layers of this drink: the sweetness of Sagatiba cachaca and amaretto, topped with luscious cream and a few drops of rosewater to offset the heavy sweet, then some creative decoration with a little espresso. It takes some time to create and maybe a little practice to get just right, but it is worth every minute and all of the attention you can give it.

Yield: 1 Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Sagatiba Pura Cachaca
- 1/4 oz amaretto liqueur
- 1/2 oz heavy cream
- 3 drops of rose water essence
- 1 shot of espresso
Preparation:
- Stir the Sagatiba and amaretto in a mixing glass filled with cubed ice.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Layer the cream on top with the drops of rose water.
- Draw the "S" with drops of espresso sitting on top of the cream.
