The comedy, Little Miss Sunshine, hit the scene this year and was nominated for an Academy Award. In honor of the movie, Malibu Rum created this special cocktail. It's a citrusy mix of mango and pineapple rums along with orange juice. Sunshine in Malibu is truly a sunny cocktail and a great addition to an Oscar viewing party.
Ingredients:
- 1 part Malibu Mango Rum
- 1 part Malibu Pineapple Rum
- orange juice
Preparation:
- Pour the rums into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Fill with orange juice.
