The Tornado Cocktail is a bit milder than a mixed drink also called a Tornado. This neat version is very sweet and pleasant, but the dark rum still gives it a punch. Be sure to shake this drink very well to ensure the egg mixes with the other ingredients and if you want skip the juice and infuse the white rum with passion fruit.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz dark rum
- 1 oz light rum
- dash of lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- dash of passion fruit juice
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
