Hand picked and selected grapes, a seven column continuous distillation, a total of five filtrations and pristine spring water have combined to create this crystal clear gem of a vodka that is a silky smooth sipper and a flavor filled (however subtle) mixer.
IDÔL is not only labeled as boutique vodka, it is a boutique vodka. By distilling such fine grapes using the fermenting techniques of wine, one is almost trapped into an inability to distinguish this vodka from a great wine. The grapes are apparent and dominant from beginning to end with a subtlety and sweetness mixed to perfection. The silkiness is comforting and the flavor is relaxing. The vodka is amazing.
