You can find this drink at Whiskey Blue in New York City around New Year's 2013. It is designed as a hangover cure because of it is packed with vitamins and a bit of hair of the dog. The beta carotene in carrot juice will protect your liver, the cilantro is used to help eliminate all those toxins, and we are all familiar with orange juice's immune boosting vitamin C.
Beyond all of those benefits for recovering after a little too much partying, the Carrot & Cilantro Cooler is a great drink. It is one of those interesting savory cocktails that are ideal for brunch and is a nice alternative to the Bloody Mary.
