Andres Sanchez of Positano Coast in Philadelphia created this wonderful drink that is spicy, sweet, and fruity at the same time. The spiciness comes from the use of a jalapeno infused tequila, which you can either infuse on your own or find in a handful of brands such as Tanteo, and this is offset by the sweet fruitiness of Combier Rouge and d'Orange liqueurs. The blood orange and champagne bring the sweet and spicy together in a lovely mix, making this a fantastic cocktail for the flavor adventurous, especially during the revitalization that is the spring season.
