I doubt I would call this a Margarita because, beyond the tequila, it does not have other elements of the drink. Nonetheless, it is an excellent summertime dessert drink. The flavor is a complex mix of prickly pear, almond, raspberry and cream that features the sweetness of Voodoo Tiki Desert Rose Tequila, a prickly pear-infused spirit. The Pink Raspberry Margarita is equally great when served straight up, on the rocks or blended.
