Fresh raspberries make this Raspberry Margarita special and you'll want to save a couple for delicious garnishes. If fresh raspberries are not available, frozen will do and make a perfectly fine Margarita but fresh is preferred. Sometimes I also like to add a splash of Chambord to the blender for a dark berry twist. Either way, this is a fantastic blended cocktail you could be sipping all summer long.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz tequila
- 1 oz triple sec
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 cup ice
- fresh raspberries for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the contents into a chilled margarita glass.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries.
