This one is impressive because of its range of flavors that come together for one very interesting mixture. It begins with Tanteo Tropical Tequila, which also has a jalapeno note, add to that the herbs of Green Chartreuse, fresh cucumber, lime, mint and arugula and a touch of agave nectar for sweetness. Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 oz Tanteo Tropical Tequila
- 1/4 oz Chartreuse Green liqueur
- 3/4 inch cucumber
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz agave nectar
- large pinch freshly chopped arugula
- 1 mint sprig
- cucumber fan, mint sprig and cucumber skin ribbons for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass.
- Garnish with a cucumber fan, mint sprig and cucumber skin ribbons (thinly made much like a lemon spiral).
