Toasts can be made for a variety of reasons and it's a good idea to have at least one "generic" toast memorized that works for almost any situation you find yourself in. These are some of my favorite toasts that will help you out when you're at a loss for words or are in need of some catchy phrase to impress.
3. To Friendship:
"Here's to you and here's to me,Friends may we always be!
But, if by chance we disagree,
Up yours! Here's to me!"
4. To Friendship:
"There are good ships,and there are wood ships,
The ships that sail the sea.
But the best ships, are friendships,
And may they always be."
7. To Happiness:
"May neighbours respect you,Trouble neglect you,
The angels protect you,
And heaven accept you."
8. To Drinking:
"My friends are the best friendsLoyal, willing and able.
Now let’s get to drinking!
