One of my challenges with Hiram Walker Original Cinn Schnapps was to create a summertime drink with this liqueur that tastes like a breakfast cinnamon roll. The Razzie Jazzie was the result and it's surprisingly refreshing.
The cinnamon and jasmine are very pleasant and mild together and while I tried regular lemonade, the drink was missing something and the raspberry lemonade was the key, taking the bitter out of the lemonade.

Ingredients:
- 1 part ABSOLUT vodka
- 1 part Hiram Walker Original Cinn Schnapps
- 2 parts chilled jasmine tea
- 2 parts raspberry lemonade
- 1 barspoon simple syrup
- Fresh mint for garnish
- Lemon slice for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the vodka, schnapps, and syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake well.
- Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
- Add equal parts iced jasmine tea and raspberry lemonade.
- Stir well and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a lemon slice.
