The Amore Frizzante is a spectacular sparkling wine cocktail with a rich array of fruity flavors. The star of the show is the brandy-based GranGala orange liqueur and when that is paired with a bit of peach nectar and Prosecco the result is stunning and a great option for any celebration like New Year's Eve. The recipe calls for clear vodka, but I've found that Van Gogh's mango vodka is a nice touch here, as would most any fruit-infused vodka.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Van Gogh Vodka
- 1/2 oz GranGala Triple Orange Liqueur
- 1/2 oz peach nectar
- Prosecco, such as Brunetto
- sliced peaches and raspberries for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the vodka, GranGala and peach nectar into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a Champagne flute.
- Top with Prosecco.
- Garnish with a slice of peach and two raspberries.
