There are many "Appletini" recipes and most are great refreshers for hot summer days or as a fix for your sweet tooth. However, very few have a taste that is satisfying on cold winter nights, but this Apple Pie Martini just happens to be one of them. This one combines sweet vanilla with apple cider and cinnamon for an overwhelming inner warming effect that reminds you of Grandma's homemade apple pies and the holidays.
It features Navan, a premium vanilla liqueur, which is perfect as a base for this flavored martini. You can also warm the apple cider and use it to top the other, shaken ingredients in a mug for a warm cocktail.
Update: Navan is no longer produced so it is necessary to find an alternative vanilla liqueur.
