The Big Breezy is one of the original cocktails that was created by Simon Ford specifically for Absolut New Orleans vodka. It's a great martini that compliments the flavors of the mango- and black pepper- infused vodka and tastes almost like a watermelon Jolly Rancher with a little spice.
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Absolut New Orleans vodka
- 4 chunks fresh watermelon
- 1 part simple syrup
- squeeze of fresh lemon
- pinch of black pepper
- melon ball for garnish
- lemon slice for garnish
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a melon ball and lemon slice.
