Tea time just got a little more interesting and brings the spirit of Boston into a Martini. The Boston Tea Party Martini was a natural use for Absolut Boston, one of their "city vodkas" that is flavored with black tea and elderfower. The lemon and sugar additions simulate the tea experience, but because the lemon is stronger the cocktail becomes more of a sour and that helps balance out the dark black tea of the vodka.
Ingredients:
- 3 parts Absolut Boston Vodka
- 2 parts lemon juice
- 1 part simple syrup
Preparation:
- Shake ABSOLUT BOSTON, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice.
- Strain into a martini glass, garnish with a lemon twist.
