The Champagne Flamingo is one of the stronger champagne cocktails, and a rather interesting one. The Campari forms the main flavor because of its unique, bitter taste that is nice against a dry champagne foreground. When it comes to the vodka, because it is the only spirit and the one "flavorless" ingredient, you can do yourself a favor and choose a premium vodka as cheaper brands will noticeably cheapen the drink.
