A sales manager at Domaine Charbay created this citrus-filled cocktail after the devastating freeze of California's citrus crops in early 2007. The Charbay Antifreeze is as orange as you can get, using nothing other than orange-flavored ingredients and featuring Charbay's Blood Orange Vodka. Drink up; it makes a fantastic brunch cocktail!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Charbay Blood Orange Vodka
- 1/2 oz blue cuarçao
- 1/2 oz orange juice
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a frozen cocktail glass.
