In this cocktail we're combining the flavors of fresh pomegranate and apple juice (fresh is best of course) to create one great, unique drink. Dusk in Eden is a great alternative to the oh-so-popular Appletini, you don't have the full-on, overly sweet apple (typically contributed by schnapps), instead it's a rich apple that is offset by fresh pomegranate. The result is one spectacular Martini.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 parts 42 Below Vodka
- 1 large slice of pomegranate, chopped
- 1 part apple juice
- dash of simple syrup
- pomegranate seeds to garnish
Preparation:
- Muddle together the pomegranate and syrup in a mixing glass or shaker tin.
- Add 42 BELOW Vodka and juice, and fill with ice.
- Shake well, and strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
