The Dutch Tulip is a very interesting Champagne cocktail that is slightly sweet, but not as sweet as many of the others. This one takes the herbal-infused Sonnema VodkaHERB, pairs it with a semi-dry Lillet and sweetens it with a touch of nectar and raspberry. When the Champagne tops it off the bubbled stir the flavors together for a semi-dry, lightly flavored drink with hints of herbs and fruit and neither one dominating the other.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Sonnema vodkaHERB
- 3/4 oz Lillet Rouge
- 1/2 oz Massanez Framboise
- 3 oz Champagne
- bar spoon of agave nectar
- long lemon peel for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the vodka, Lillet, framboise and nectar into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Stir well.
- Strain into a Champagne flute.
- Top with Champagne.
- Garnish with a lemon peel.
