This Espresso Martini is just one of many coffee-flavored Martini recipes being made today. I like this one because it uses chilled espresso that gives it a caffeinated kick which you just can't duplicate with coffee liqueurs alone. If you want to step it up another notch, use an espresso-flavored vodka.

Yield: 1 Cocktail
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka
- 3/4 ounce Kahlua coffee liqueur
- 1/4 ounce white creme de cacao
- 1 ounce cold espresso
- Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
