Herb's Garden Ale features Herb's Dill Leaf Vodka, a vodka you have got to try to believe, and is a highlighted when mixed with both dry and sweet vermouths. If you were to leave out the ginger ale, you'd have one great Perfect Martini (with a dill twist, of course), but the ale transforms it into just the right pick me up for a mid-afternoon cocktail.
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 parts Herb's Dill Vodka
- 1/2 part dry vermouth
- 1/2 part sweet vermouth
- Ginger ale
Preparation:
- In an empty collins glass, combine vodka, sweet vermouth and dry vermouth.
- Add ice.
- Top off with ginger ale.
