Herb's Garden Ale features Herb's Dill Leaf Vodka, a vodka you have got to try to believe, and is a highlighted when mixed with both dry and sweet vermouths. If you were to leave out the ginger ale, you'd have one great Perfect Martini, but the ale transforms it into just the right pick me up for a mid-afternoon cocktail.
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 parts Herb's Dill Vodka
- 1/2 part dry vermouth
- 1/2 part sweet vermouth
- ginger ale
Preparation:
- In an empty collins glass, combine vodka, sweet vermouth and dry vermouth.
- Add ice.
- Top off with ginger ale.
