This Greentini is simple, delicious and beautiful. I received it from 360 Vodka to celebrate Earth Day and yes, any vodka will do but in the spirit of being environmentally friendly 360 is the way to go. Other vodkas (ie. Square One, Reyka, Orange V) are going "green" as well and hopefully more brands will make the same efforts in their production. Midori is the melon liqueur of choice here, even though it isn't as "green" as the vodka but it is green and gives this Martini its color and flavor.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz 360 Vodka
- 1 1/2 oz melon liqueur
- lime wedge for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
