For this dropped shot we're replacing the Irish whiskey of an Irish Car Bomb with a very interesting flavored vodka, Van Gogh's Double Espresso. This little change makes a big difference in flavor and adds that caffeinated kick that only espresso can give you. Otherwise, the Irish Coffee Drop is made and drank just like its popular predecessor and it's a nice alternative if you ever get sick of the Car Bomb shooters.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Van Gogh Double Espresso Vodka
- 1 oz Irish Cream
- Guinness Draught
Preparation:
- Pour the Irish cream liqueur into a shot glass.
- Pour the vodka on top.
- Pour the Guinness into a pint glass or beer mug 3/4 of the way full and let settle.
- Drop the shot glass into the Guinness and chug.
