This Jazz Collins is really nothing more than a Vodka Tonic. However, there is one interesting, and necessary, aspect to it; Absolut New Orleans vodka. What may seem as a small difference is cannot be discounted because of this particular vodka's unique flavor combination, an infusion of mango and pepper.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 parts Absolut New Orleans vodka
- 1 part sour mix
- splash of club soda
- lime wedge for garnish
Preparation:
- Build the ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
