The Killer Blowfish is both subtle and "killer" in its profile. The soothing tastes of TY KU, vanilla vodka and passion fruit are form one aspect of the cocktail while the sour mix adds a small, tart kick with the killer kick coming from jalapeño hot sauce. If you enjoy spicy cocktails but want one with a fruit background this is a great choice and may soon become a favorite. If you decide to add the egg white the drink will be foamier and you'll want to shake until you can't shake anymore just to make sure every thing is mixed well.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz TY KU liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz vanilla vodka
- 5 drops green jalapeno tabasco sauce
- 1/2 oz passion fruit puree
- 1/2 oz fresh sweet and sour
- "squirt" of egg white (optional)
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well, more if you include the egg.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
