Cocktail Glass

Glass Guide- Cocktail Glass

If you are one of the special people who prefer black over red licorice, this is the Martini for you. It's very simple, vodka and sambuca, garnished with a black licorice stick. The Licorice Stick is not for everyone, but those who dig it will really dig it.

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 oz vodka
  • 3/4 oz sambuca liqueur
  • short black licorice stick for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Pour the vodka and sambuca into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a short black licorice stick.

Tip: When shaking with sambuca, be sure to wash the cocktail shaker and any utensils well to eliminate any left over flavor.
