If you are one of the special people who prefer black over red licorice, this is the Martini for you. It's very simple, vodka and sambuca, garnished with a black licorice stick. The Licorice Stick is not for everyone, but those who dig it will really dig it.
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 oz vodka
- 3/4 oz sambuca liqueur
- short black licorice stick for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the vodka and sambuca into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a short black licorice stick.
Tip: When shaking with sambuca, be sure to wash the cocktail shaker and any utensils well to eliminate any left over flavor.
