The Mary Rose Martini is a delicious Martini that features Herb's Rosemary Vodka. Additional flavors are contributed by the blackcurrant of cassis and cranberry juice. It's a refreshing herbal drink perfect for a summer day in the garden.
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Herb's Rosemary Vodka
- 1/2 part cassis
- 1/2 part cranberry juice
- splash of club soda
Preparation:
- In a shaker, combine vodka, cranberry juice and cassis.
- Add ice and shake.
- Pour a splash of club soda into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass, over the soda.
