PAMA Ginger-tini Cocktail

Grapefruit, ginger and pomegranate, it's a delightful fruit blend. The PAMA Ginger-tini was created by Dale DeGroff and features PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur. DeGroff has two versions of this drink that is sometimes referred to as a PAMA Martini (I like to distinguish this from the other PAMA Martini, a totally different drink), the recipe below is the sour-mix style. The other version sounds just as pleasing and uses honey syrup, lemon juice and fresh ginger as opposed to the sour mix and ginger syrup. Enjoy!

Prep Time: 3 minutes

Total Time: 3 minutes

Yield: 1 Cocktail


  • 1 1/2 ounces PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
  • 1 1/2 ounces premium vodka
  • 1/2 ounce grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 ounce sour mix
  • 1/2 ounce Monin Ginger Syrup
  • Lemon zest for garnish


  1. Shake all the ingredients well with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
  2. Garnish with a spiral cut lemon zest.
