Grapefruit, ginger and pomegranate, it's a delightful fruit blend. The PAMA Ginger-tini was created by Dale DeGroff and features PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur. DeGroff has two versions of this drink that is sometimes referred to as a PAMA Martini (I like to distinguish this from the other PAMA Martini, a totally different drink), the recipe below is the sour-mix style. The other version sounds just as pleasing and uses honey syrup, lemon juice and fresh ginger as opposed to the sour mix and ginger syrup. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz premium vodka
- 1/2 oz grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz sour mix
- 1/2 oz Monin Ginger Syrup
- lemon zest for garnish
Preparation:
- Shake all the ingredients well with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a spiral cut lemon zest.
