Grey Goose's Political Partini is another great cocktail using their La Poire (pear-flavored) vodka. In this mix it is paired with the original Disarrono liqueur and lemon juice for an interesting, semi-warming, yet refreshing Martini. The drink was created during the 2008 election cycle and is a great addition to an election night party.
Ingredients:
- 2 parts Grey Goose La Poire vodka
- 1/4 parts Disaronno liqueur
- 1/4 parts simple syrup
- 1/2 part lemon juice
- pear slice for garnish
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat.
- Strain into martini glass and garnish with pear slice.
