Sometimes when you pick up a couple of miscellaneous bottles that just happen to be in the bar a wonderful new mix is created. This was the case that caused me to create the Pom-X Martini. It's an extra fruity, pink Martini that blends pomegranate vodka and X-Rated Fusion Liqueur. While it is extremely simple, it is packed with flavor and a lot of fun to drink.
Two of my favorite pomegranate vodkas that pair wonderfully with the unique flavors of X-Rated Fusion are Charbay and Van Gogh.

Yield: 1 Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz pomegranate vodka
- 1 1/2 oz X-Rated Fusion
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
