When someone orders a Screaming Orgasm they are looking for an Orgasm with vodka included. This small difference makes it easy to add both shooters to your bartender's repertoire. The Screaming Orgasm tastes the same as it's predecessor but is thinner and more potent. Both are popular party shots and the combination of liqueurs is one of the more pleasant flavors among shooters.

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well.
Strain into a shot glass.

I agree that the amount of amaretto should not be equal to vodka or coffee liquor. I normally make these in larger quantities, but 1/2 to 2/3 as much amaretto works best for mine, and it can be left out, but for those who really like amaretto, it's worth adding. Also, Irish Cream is not necessary, but it's best with it! You can use half & half. My method is to use equal parts vodka (I go 100 proof) and Kahlúa, then add 1/2 the amount of amaretto in a pitcher of ice. I then add four 9.5oz bottles of Starbucks (or Kirkland Brand) Frappuccino, and leave 2oz in each bottle. I then fill with the chilled mixture and leave room for a shot of Baily's Irish Cream, which I top it off with and replace the Frappuccino caps and refrigerate. These are GREAT to bring to a party!
