Another great Champagne cocktail and this one's a light blue color. Get creative with your glassware for this cocktail, I prefer a white wine glass or old-fashioned glass but it is also stunning in a Champagne glass. Finding a blue maraschino cherry may be difficult but a red one looks just as good.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz SKYY Orange vodka
- 1/2 oz blue curaçao
- 1 oz Champagne
- blue maraschino cherry for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the vodka and blue curaçao into a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir well.
- Strain into a Champagne glass.
- Top with the Champagne.
- Garnish with a blue maraschino cherry.
