The Very Berry Cosmo is one of my favorite ways to enjoy Van Gogh Acai-Blueberry Vodka, possibly the best blueberry vodka on the market to date. In comparison with this cocktail, the original Cosmopolitan is rather bland (although still a nice drink), but I am impressed with the mix of natural blueberry and black raspberries (from Chambord) in this version. It is truly "very berry" and the two spirits combine for a very dark purple drink that is ideal anytime you want a drink to have a dark and mysterious feel (ie. Halloween).
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Van Gogh Acai-Blueberry Vodka
- 1/2 oz Chambord
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1/2 oz cranberry juice
- fresh blueberries for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a few fresh blueberries.
