The White Chocolatini is an outstanding dessert drink that is similar to the Chocolate Martini and the myriad of other chocolate-flavored Martinis. This one is rich and creamy with a beautiful mix of vanilla and white chocolate. I suggest you use Godiva White Chocolate liqueur because it is the best available. A friend suggested that this drink would pair nicely with pumpkin pie.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounce vanilla vodka
- 1 ounce Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
- 2 ounce cream
- White chocolate shavings for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the vodka, Godiva and cream into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a well-chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with white chocolate shavings.
